TEAM BUILDING LEARNING METHODS
Each group has its own unique needs and interests so each team building session is organic designed specifically with that company's objectives in mind. Therefore, the insights, learning, lessons, and outcomes will vary with each group. To help each team accomplish its goals, we use an experience-based approach. This simply means that a lot of the learning will evolve from the "hands-on" tasks and exercises the participants groups will participate in. Key concepts will then be presented to reinforce and clarify the learning. Participants will discover what works and how to continue to implement effective practices.
